𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐀 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏
In my journey of professional growth, I’ve always aimed to share content that uplifts, inspires and helps you look at topics through a ‘different lens’ (aka thought leadership not thought repeatership), always with an intention to shift and disrupt your thinking.
And I’ve loved connecting with so many of you through these messages.
However, it’s time for a personal and strategic pivot — a shift that takes some of you deeper into the world of Disruptive Sales Leadership with Thought Leadership and Personal Leadership sharing the ride.
For those that know me well, you know I readily embrace change, especially shifts that promise to add tangible value to those Revenue Leaders in my orbit.
However… this is also a candid acknowledgment of the uncertainty this new direction might present.
Because it’s about stepping into a space that requires visibility, working different muscles, differentiated thought leadership, and the exchange of strategic AND synergistic insights directly influencing the success of those Revenue Leaders.
But not so scary once you realise that human evolution is spiral🌀, not linear, and mine is no different, especially when driven by a clear purpose: to provide content, accountability, fresh ideas, transformation and community that not only motivates, but provides tools and strategies necessary for Revenue Leaders to excel in their roles.
So, I am publicly committing 📣 to this new direction to bring more deliberate, focused, actionable insights to our conversations on #LinkedIn, globally, and specifically for my Revenue Leadership network in Colorado.
The dialogue will shift towards how Revenue Leaders can drive revenue, lead with more impact, and navigate the complexities of leading teams with both confidence and competence and with both strategy and synergy.
The vision I have is to create a platform where we can discuss, debate, and learn from each other in a way that moves us all forward in a timely manner.
